I have over 25 years of experience managing project teams and working with executive leadership from nonprofit and public entities. I’ve launched multiple businesses and websites, programs, products, and services. The common thread driving my career is my passion for building communities and ensuring nonprofits are cost-effective and sustainable. By applying best practices across large and small organizations, I’ve loved leading successful change and supporting teams with limited resources.

My MBA in Marketing Services, with a focus on Organizational Development, makes me unique among MBAs. Understanding data and leveraging technology is important; however, the “art” in working with clients relies on clear communication, reliable deliverables, setting clear and reasonable expectations, and understanding each client’s unique challenges.

I have the luxury of keeping Changing Lanes Consulting small and focusing on small-to-medium-sized nonprofits. These have been my bread-and-butter for decades, so why stop now?
